The short version of the agreement between you and Super Fine Food Store when you shop with us.
Orders
An order is confirmed once we email you a confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is mispriced or unavailable.
Pricing
Prices include applicable taxes where shown. Promotional pricing runs for the stated period and cannot be applied retroactively.
Delivery
Any delivery time we give you is an estimate, not a guarantee. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once the order is handed over at your door.
Returns
Returns and replacements are handled as described on the returns page, alongside your statutory rights. Food is judged case by case, so tell us before you send anything back.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell or attempt to disrupt the store. Accounts used for fraud or abuse may be closed without notice.
Liability
We keep product details, prices and availability as accurate as we can, but they change. If something in your basket is wrong or unavailable we tell you before we take payment.
